4 pieces white fish (thick steaks)--Halibut/Sea Bass
1/2 cup mayo
3 tbsp marmalade
1 tbsp grated ginger
1 tsp rice vinegar
1/2 tsp grated orange peel
1/4 cup toasted chopped macadamia nuts
Salt & Pepper
Instructions
475F. In a 9x13 dish arrange fish. In a bowl mix all but nuts. Spoon mixture over fish. Bake
in oven 10-12 minutes or until fish turns opaque and mixture is lightly brown. Sprinkle with
nuts and serve.
