In a large bowl, beat eggs. Stir in milk and oats. Let stand 5 minutes. Add melted margarine. In a medium bowl, mix dry ingredients. Stir into oat mixture until just well blended.
Cook pancakes on a hot greased griddle until they bubble on top. Turn and brown on other side.
