1 1/2 c sugar

1 2/3 c all-purpose flour

1/4 tsp baking powder
|
|
1 tsp baking soda
|
|
3/4 tsp salt
|
|
1 tsp cinnamon
|
|
1 tsp cloves
|
|
1 tsp nutmeg
|
|
2 eggs, well beaten
|
|
|
|
1/2 c vegetable oil
|
|
1/2 c water
|
|
1 c pumpkin
|
|
1/2 c coarsely chopped walnuts
|

Preheat oven to 325. Grease and flour bread pan.
|
|
Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
|
|
Add the eggs, oil, water, pumpkin and beat until well blended.
|
|
Add the walnuts. Pour into the loaf pan and bake for 45-55 mins. Cool for 5 mins and wrap in foil.
