Ingredients
2 frozen bananas, sliced
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup watermelon seeded chunks
3 kiwi, peeled and cut into chunks
1 cup apple juice
1/2 c frozen pomegranate juice concentrate
3/4 cup crushed ice
1 Healthy Glow packet
1 cup plain yogurt
 

Instructions
1. Grab the fruit from the freezer 2. Add the ice to the blender 3. Add the fruit 4. Add the frozen juice concentrate 5. Add the fruit juice 6. Add the yogurt
Serving Suggestions
Serve in smoothie cup
