     Rotel Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
3 cans Rotel Tomatoes
2 large cans White Meat Chicken, drained
Colby Jack Cheese, shredded
2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
Corn Tortillas chips
 

Instructions
Combine Rotel (not drained) and soup. Add chicken and stir to mix.
Spray 9x13 pan with non-stick cooking spray. Break Tortilla chips in to bite size pieces and cover bottom of pan. Pour half of chicken mixture over tortilla chips. Cover with cheese layering mixture.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 40 - 45 minutes or until top starts to brown and casserole is bubbly. Let stand 10-15 minutes before serving.
