     Meatless Lasagne

16 Oz. Lasagne, uncooked
4 Cups (2 Lb) Ricotta Cheese
2 Cups (8 Oz) Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
4 Eggs
3 Cups (30 Oz. Jar) Spaghetti Sauce

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Lay flat on foil to cool. Stir together cheeses and eggs; season to taste. Spread 1/2 cup sauce in bottom of 13" X 9" baking dish. Cover bottom with pasta, overlapping edges slightly. Spread 1/3 cheese fillng over pasta; spread with about 2/3 cup spaghetti sauce. Repeat layers TWICE. Cover with pasta and remaining sauce. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired; cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot. Remove foil; bake 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
