Preheat oven to 400 F. Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda into large bowl. Mix in orange peel. Add butter and rub with fingers until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Mix in dried cranberries. Gradually add buttermilk, tossing with fork, until oist clumps form. Turn doug out onto floured surface. Knead briefly to bind dough, about 4 turns. At this point, you canform into a round to make wedges but I just like to roll it into scones. Place on baking sheet (2 inches apart). Bake until top of scones are golden brown, about 25 minutes. Move to a plate or serving dish to cool. Glaze - mix icing sugar and orange juice and drizzle over warm scones. Enjoy -)
