In a large bowl, combine crust mix, wafers and sugar. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press onto bottom and up sides of a 9 inch pie plate. In a large bowl, beat 1 cup milk and contents of filling on low speed until blended. Beat on medium for 3 minutes until smooth. Spoon into the crust and chill 30 minutes. Meanwhile, in a small bowl whisk remaining milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Let stand 2 minutes until set. Arrange banana slices over filling. Spread with pudding and then the Cool Whip. Chill for at least an hour before serving.
