In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. In a large bowl, mix butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vamilla and beat until creamy. Gradually add flour mixture. Stire in oatmeal and butterscotch chips.
Drop on to un-greased cooie sheets, at least 2 inches apart. Bake for 7-9 minutes or until brown at 375 degrees.
Makes approximately 4 dozen cookies.
