Use your favorite pie crust recipe & times it as many times as you want to make as many Cinnamon rolls as you like. At least double & triple the recipe. Take a large ball of the dough after you have mixed it & roll it out on a pastry sheet. After rolling it out, spread sugar & cinnamon allover the dough. Then cut the dough into long strips, dot the strips with butter & 1011 up each strip. Place on a cookie sheet & in a slow oven, about 300 degrees for about 30 minutes. Check all the time to make certain that you don't bum or overcook the rolls. The centers aren't usually completely cooked. Remove the rolls & roll them in sugar in a bowl. Then enjoy them. You can create your own cinnamon rolls by putting whatever you like in them.
