275F. Butter pans. Combine nuts, pineapple, cherries with 1/2 cup flour. Cream butter,
sugar. Beat egg yolks. Add to butter. Add orange juice. Add ginger with egg whites
and tartar till stiff and glossy. Fold into butter. Add remainder of flour and mix well.
Fold in nut mixture.
Bake 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours.
