Melt margarine in sauce pan. Add flour, salt, and pepper stirring
constantly. Add milk on a medium heat stirring constantly until
mixture boils. Boil for one minute and set aside.
Cook Macaroni. Cut cheese in small cubes and grate it, Mix milk
mixture, macaroni, and cheese. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Put in
1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
