1/2 cup butter, softened
|
|
1 3/4 cups sifted confectioner's sugar, divided in half
|
|
4 squares semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted (or more to taste)
|

1 tsp vanilla
|

2 egg whites
|

Instructions |
|
|
Cream butter and half of confectioner's sugar (7/8 cup) adding sugar
a little at a time. Add baking chocolate and mix. Add vanilla; set
aside.

In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff. Fold in remaining
confectioner's sugar; beat on low. Gently fold into chocolate
mixture.
