     Sour Cream Coffee Cake

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
 
Filling
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour a bundt pan.
Cream butter and sugar. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix in eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Beat until blended.
Pour half of batter into bundt pan. Sprinkle filling over batter. Pour remaining batter into pan on top of filling.
Bake for about 30-35 minutes.
