     Green Bean Moussaka

Ingredients
1 16-oz can cut green beans, drained
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 8-oz can tomato sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 slightly beaten eggs
1 1/2 cups cream-style cottage cheese, with chives
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 TBSP slice pitted ripe olives
 

Instructions
Place green beans in 1 1/2 qt. casserole. In medium skillet, brown ground beef; drain off excess fat. Stir in tomato sauce, garlic salt and cinnamon. Spread over green beans.
Combine eggs and cottage cheese. Spread over meat mixture. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Garnish with olive slices.
Serving Suggestions
Can substitute tomato paste for sauce, to create thicker consistency.
