Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray an 8 inch pie plate with vegetable cooking spray; set aside. In a large bowl, combine cocoa, flour, and baking powder. In a medium bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, granulated sugar, oil, egg whites, and vanilla until blended. Add the egg mixture to flour mixture; stir until blended. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle with walnuts. Bake until just set and a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, about 25 to 30 minutes. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Cut into wedges. Garnish with strawberries and yogurt.
