|
roll bread with a rolling pin.
put two teaspoons of thickn custard in centre
top with raspberries
|

|
separate 1 egg. whisk. brush bread edges with this. place bread on top.
pinch edges to seal bread
|
|
|
whisk egg yolk and remaining egg with milk. heat in fry pan.
dip toast in egg mix and fry!
|
|
|
sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and serve!
