Mix Sugar and Karo Syrup into a Large Microwave Safe Bowl. Place in microwave on High for 2 mins.Remove and 1 cup of Peanut butter mix until melted.Then Add 6 cups of Crispy cereal. Mix together. Place mixture into a Greases 9x13 baking pan,Pressing the mixture into the pan.
2. Add both bags of chips into a small microwave safe bowl place in microwave for 2 mins .Pull out and stir and stir until chips are fully Melted. Them pour over top of rice crispies . Place in freeze for 15 to 20 mins. Cut and Serve!
