Mix oil, chocolate, & sugar. Blend in one egg at a time. Add vanilla and add dry ingredients slowly. Chill several hours or overnight. Drip teaspoonfuls of dough into powdered sugar. Roll in sugar and shape into balls. Place about 2” apart on greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10–12 minutes. Do not over bake. Makes about 6-dozen cookies.
