4 cups canned chicken broth (use vegetable broth for vegetarian)
1 9-ounce packace frozen tortellini
1 can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
1 15-ounce can diced tomatoes with Italian seasoning
1/2 tablespoons basil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup parmesan or asiago cheese
Fresh ground pepper
Instructions
Bring broth to a boil. Add tortellinis and cook for 4 minutes. Stir in beans and tomatoes Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add basil, balsamic vinegar and salt. Ladle into bowls and top with sprinkles of cheese and pepper.

Suggestions
Serve with hot crusty bread and a salad.
