1/2 pound mild Italian sausage

1 chopped fresh pepper, green or red
|

1 onion, chopped

1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon oregano

46 ounce can chicken broth

1 pound can stewed tomatoes
|
|
12-ounce package frozed tortellini
|
|
2 cups sliced zucchini

Instructions |

|
In a large pot, cook sausage until brown and crumbly. Add next 4 ingredients. Saute all. Add chicken broth and stewed tomatoes and bring to a boil.

Add tortellini and simmer until tender. Add zucchini and simmer until just tender.
