-Clean flounder and cut into 2 in pieces
-Finely slice onion length wise
-Finely chop ginger, garlic, and green chllies
-Transfer sliced onion, green chillies, garlic, ginger into a bowl
-add turmeric, red chilli powder, salt lime juice, and olive oil
-Toss the ingredients well, and set aside for 2min
-Add flounder pieces to the bowl, toss, and set aside for 5min
-Preheat oven to 375 f
-Place aluminum foil on oven tray
-spread olive oil on aluminum foil
-Transfer ingredients to the try and place on the top rack of oven
-Cook for 15 minutes at 375 degrees
-Take out, mix, and cook again for 10 minutes
