     Spinach Balls

Ingredients
2 boxes frozen chopped spinach, cooked and well drained
2 cups Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
6 eggs, beaten
1 large onion, chopped finely
3/4 cup margarine, melted
1/2 - 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese (preferably fresh)
1/2 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup chopped parsley (or dried)
 

Instructions
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Form into bite size balls. Place on cookie sheet and freeze. Then place in freezer bag and freeze until needed.
Bake, frozen, in a preheated 375 degree oven for 20 minutes.
