     Chocolate Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
1 large banana
1 1/4 cups vanilla soymilk, such as Silk Vanilla
1 1/2 tablespoons chunky peanut butter
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
 

Instructions
Combine banana, vanilla soymilk, peanut butter and cocoa powder in the blender and blend until smooth, about 2 minutes.
Option- Use a frozen banana. To freeze, peel the banana, chop in quarters, wrap in plastic wrap or plastic bag, and freeze.
Since this smoothie has 413 calories, use it as a meal replacement.
