Trim crusts from bread. Place ham on 6 slices of bread, spread lightly with mustard, and cover with remaining bread. Melt butter in skillet. Blend eggs, milk and salt. Dip sandwiches quickly in egg mixture; saute in butter; brown on both sides. Serve hot with syrup.
