Spread refried beans on dish. Smash avocado and mix with 1/2 cup mayo plus lemon juice
and pepper. Spread on top of refried beans. Mix 1 cup sour cream with 1/4 cup mayo and
taco seasoning mix. Spread on top of avocadoes. Sprinkle small tin of chopped black olives
on sour cream. Spread chopped tomatoes, green onions and green chilies. Top with 8 oz
grated cheddar cheese.
