     EASTER PASTA (PASTIERRA)

1 LB OF PENNE PASTA
1 STICK OF BUTTER , MELTED
1 DOZEN EGGS, BEATEN
1 CUP GRATED CHEESE
3 TABLESPOONS BLACK PEPPER
PAM/BUTTER TO GREASE PAN
350 DEGREES 45 TO 60 MINUTES
 

Instructions
COOK PASTA, SHORTEN COOKING TIME IN HALF BEAT EGGS TILL FLUFFY DRAIN PASTA, PUT BACK INTO POT AND ADD MELTED BUTTER TILL PASTA IS SHINNY POUR IN THE BEATEN EGGS, CHEESE, AND BLACK PEPPER, MIX UNTIL BLENDED POUR INTO A GREASED 13X9 BAKING PAN TILL TOP IS BROWN AND TOOTHPICK COMES OUT CLEAN. BAKE IN A 350 DERGREE OVEN FOR 45 TO 60 MINUTES.
