1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Pinch off a small pieces of dough and press into the bottom of
a mini muffin or torte pan. Set Aside.
3. In a large frying pan, heat oil and saute the vegetables with
the meat, if using, until tender. Fill each torte with the vegetable
mixture.
4. in a food processor, pulse together the broth, beans and
starch. Season with salt & pepper. Spoon broth mixture over
each tart, filling halfway.
5. Bake for 15 minutes and let cool to room temperature. Serve
warm or place in refrigerator to cool completely. TO FREEZE-
place cooled quiches in resealable container. Can be frozen for
upto 2 months. Microwave for 1 minute.
