     Impossible Chicken Tamale Pie

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups cubed chicken
1 cup corn
1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope taco seasoning mix
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies, drained
1 cup shredded cheddar or monterrey jack cheese
1 1/4 cup milk
3/4 cup Bisquick
3 eggs
sour cream
 
shredded lettuce
Instructions
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10 x 1 1/2 inch pie plate. Mix chicken, corn and seasoning mix; spread in plate. Sprinkle with chilies and cheese. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, pour into pie plate. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Serve with sour cream and lettuce.
