     Red Velvet Cake

1/2 cup of butter
1 1/2 cups of sugar
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of cocoa
2 oz of red food coloring
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of buttermilk
2 cups of flour
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 cup of sweeten condensed milk
5 tablespoons of flour
1 cup of butter
1 cup of powdered sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla

Mix together butter, sugar, and eggs. Make a paste of cocoa and red food coloring. Add the paste to the mixture. Mix salt and vanilla in buttermilk and add slowly the flour. Mix baking soda and vinegar separately, add last, folding in. DO NOT BEAT AFTER ADDING BAKING SODA MIXTURE.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
ICING: Boil together the milk and flour until thickened. Let stand until cool. Mix with butter, sugar, and vanilla. Add milk and flour mixture and beat well.
Let cake cool and apply icing.
Serving Suggestions
Serve as desired :)
