     Pepper Kakor Cookies

Ingredients
1 Cup Butter
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
1/2 Cup Molasses
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
5 Cups Flour
1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 1/2 tsp Ginger
1 Egg
 
Instructions
Mix all ingredients. Form into balls and place on wax paper. Chill.
Roll in powdered sugar and place on baking sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
