Brown chops in oil over medium heat. Spread pie filling into a greased pan. Place pork chops on top of apples and spoon stuffing over chops. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Uncover and bake for 10 more minutes.
Meat should be at 160 with meat thermometer and no longer pink.
