Wash brussel sprouts, remove new end and outer leaves. Cut brussel sprouts in half.
In iron skillet, brown bacon to it will crumble. Saute onions in reserved bacon grease. Drain any remaining grease. Add bacon and brussel sprouts and stir to coat with bacon fat. Cook for about 5 minutes stirring occasionally. Keep covered.
Bake at 350 for about 20 min or until brussel sprouts are slightly tender but still crisp.
