Butter 9x13 pyrex pan.
Cook chicken breasts until done- dice in bite size pieces
mix milk,sour cream and chicken soup
Tear come tortillas in small pieces-put in layer in pan) Then layer 1/2 chicken,chesses,black olives,chillies, red pepper, olives, onions, sour cream mixture and chesses half way up pan..
repeat with another layer of Tortillas and half of ingredients ending with cheese and top with some more sliced olives
Be sure and drain olives and chillies.
Bake at 350 covered with foil for 30 minutes
then uncover and bake for 30 more min or so
Put in middle rack of oven
Let set overnight....

Serve with Salsa of choice . let set for 10 min.
