Preheat oven to 400degrees.
Chop bell peppers in thin strips.
Add water, lemon juice, and soy sauce to baking
dish. Add amount to desired taste. Add onion,
garlic, and cayenne. Mix.
Layer pork chops in the bake dish, sprinkle with
more onion, garlic, and cayenne pepper. Place the
chopped bell peppers on top of the chops and bake
for 1hour or until the bell peppers are slightly
burnt...
