1 small hot pickled pepper, such as peperoncini, minced
2 to 3 dashes hot pickled pepper pickling brine, or to taste
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
salt
1, 10 oz. can white tuna packed in water, drained
1/2 cup grated carrots
2 Tbs. chopped fresh chives
Instructions
Cook the macaroni according to the package directions. Drain, rinse with cold water and drain again.
Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, pickled pepper, brine, black pepper and salt. Add the macaroni, tuna, carrots, and chives and toss to combine. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
