Chicken Stroganoff
Put four frozen chicken breasts in the crockpot
with a 16 oz tub of sour cream, one bag of dry
onion soup mix and a can of cream of mushroom
soup. Cook on low for 6-8 hrs. Serve over egg
noodles or green beans

Chicken & salsa
Put frozen chicken breasts with a jar of salsa
over them, and cook on low 6-7 hours or high 4-5
hours. Can add a can of corn and or black beans.
This is good on its own or in tortillas.

Crock Pot Rotisserie Chicken
Wash the whole chicken and sprinkle with salt (or
lemon pepper/garlic...whatever seasoning you like)
Place at least 3 (I use 4 or 5 in my oval crock
pot) aluminum foil balls (wad up pieces of foil)
in the bottom of the crock pot (this keeps the
chicken from sitting in the juices)
Place chicken on top of the foil.
Put on the lid and cook on low 6 - 7 hours

Vegetarian Chili
1 bag frozen soybeans 1 bag of frozen whole kernel
corn 1 very large can of black beans 1 reg. size
can of kidney beans 1 reg. size can of chickpeas 1
reg size can of chili-ready tomatoes 1 jar of
spaghetti sauce 1 tsp chili powder 1/2 tsp ground
cumin 1/2 tsp ground corriander 1/2 tsp ground
tumeric 2 cinnamon sticks put everything in the
crock-pot, stir it up. Cook on high for 4 hours.
