Mix bread mix and beer. Fold in 1/2 cup pepperoni. Spread half the mixture into greased 9x5 loaf pan. Top with 1/4 cup pizza sauce, 3/4 cup cheese, and remaining pepperoni. TOp with remaining batter. Top with remaining sauce and cheese. Bake at 375 degrees 50-55 minutes. Cool 30 miuntes before slicing.
