     Peach Chicken Legs

Ingredients
2 lbs. chicken legs
salt and freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup peach jam
1 Tbs. balsamic vinegar
1 Tbs. finely chopped fresh ginger
2 tsp. finely chopped garlic
 

Instructions
Place the chicken into a bowl and generously season with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, combine rest of ingredients. Spoon half of mix over chicken and reserve rest for basting. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate at room temp for 45 min.
Preheat the grill to high heat and brush grate with oil or spray with nonstick cooking spray.
Transfer the chicken to the grill. Close the cover and cook basting occasionally with reserved sauce, until juiced from the chicken runs clear when pricked with a fork and the skin is well glazed, 10 to 12 min. per side.
