     Pumpkin Bread

3 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 cup mazola oil
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
2/3 cup water
2 cups canned pumpkin
3 1/2 cups self rising flour
2 tsp baking soda (cut down a little)
1 cup raisins
1 cup nuts, chopped (pecans or walnuts)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, sift flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Set aside.
Mix the rest of the ingredients in another large bowl, then fold in flour mixture.
Pour into four greased 1 pound coffee cans; only fill them half full. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
