Wash and trim stem on okra to even length (about 1/2
inch). Pack into pint jars alternating stem and
blooms ends. Put pepper, dill seed, and garlic into
jar with okra.
Mix vinegar, salt, and water. Bring to a boil over
medium high heat. Fill jar to cover okra. Let stand
at least one month.
