     Seven Layered Salad

Ingredients
Fresh Spinach
Bacon - Cooked and Chopped
6 Hard Boiled Eggs - Chopped
Iceburg Lettuce - Cubed
Red Onion - Diced
Celery - Chopped
1 Box of Frozen Baby Peas - Thawed
1 Cup of Mayonnaise
2 Cups of Sour Cream
 
1 Envelope of Hidden Valley Ranch
Parmesan Cheese

Instructions
in a 9x13 casserole dish, start at the bottom of the pan and layer with spinach, bacon, eggs, lettuce, onion, celery and peas.
Mix the mayonnaise, sourcream and ranch packet together and spread over peas. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in refrigerator for a couple of hours.
