3 (1 lb 4 oz) cans asparagus
1 head lettuce
6 hard cooked eggs
strips of pimiento or green pepper
1 cup French dressing

Arrange canned or fresh cooked asparagus stalks on lettuce leaf or other salad greens, with teh stalks parallel and the heads together. Arrange sliced eggs on asparagus. Season with salt. Serve with French dressing. Strip of green pepper or pimiento may be used for additional color, or the asparagus stalks may be placed through the green pepper ring.
