1 pound mild sausage

1 pound hot sausage
|
|
1 30 oz package hash browns
|
|
1 1/2 teaspoon salt, divided
|
|
1/2 teaspoon pepper
|
|
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
|

6 or 7 large eggs
|
|
2 cups milk
|
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Cook both sausages until done. Brown hash browns
with 1/2 teaspoons salt and pepper.
|
|
|
Stir together hash browns, sausage and cheese.
Pour into greased 9x13 baking dish.
|

|
Whisk together eggs, milk and rest of salt. Pour
evenly over potato mixture.
|
|
|
Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.
|
