Dissolves yeast, warm water and sugar. Scald 1 cup milk; let cool. Mix together egg, oil, sugar and salt. Add milk and yeast to mix. Add 2 cups flour and mix well, then add 2 more cups. Let stand 10 minutes. Knead a little and store in refrigerator until ready for use. Roll and place in pan; let rise and double in size. Bake at 375 degree for 15 minutes.
