     Pulled Pork (crock pot)

Ingredients
4 lbs pork roast (shoulder or butt)
2 onions -sliced
1 c ginger ale
18 oz of your favorite bbq sauce (we like sweet baby ray's)
 

Instructions
Slice 1 onion and place in bottom of crock pot. Put roast onto of onions in the crock pot and cover with the other onion. Pour ginger ale over roast. Cook on low for about 12 hours. Remove meat and drain any liquid from crock pot, save the onions. Put roast back in crock pot and shredd with 2 forks. Add bbq sauce and stir. Cook on low for 4-6 hours. If you have a smaller crock pot you may to only cook for a couple of hours after adding the bbq sauce.
