     Mexican Celebration Cake

2 cups flour
2 cups granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup crushed nuts
1 (16 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 (8 ounce) packages soften cream cheese
3/4 -1 lb box confectioners' sugar
1 stick softened butter or margarine
2 teaspoons vanilla

Mix all togeher and bake in greased 13x9 inch pan 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool and frost with Cream Cheese Frosting. Frosting: Mix frosting ingredients together, beat until creamy.
