Heat oil in skillet until shimmering. Saute onions, garlic, and jalapenos until onion is translucent.
Add beans and 1/2 cup water to skillet. Mash with a potato masher until desired texture is reached. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 10-12 minutes or until mixture becomes a thick paste and crust forms on the bottom. Add salt and pepper to taste.
