I love the tomato flat bread. I make it more like a pita and add 1 LC cheese and I feel like I'm having a bagel and cream cheese. Very satisfying.
The recipe I use is
Cream of tomato soup
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
Basil oregano thyme parsley garlic powder
2 ounces of water about
Mix the dry ingredients together then slowly whisk in the water to make a cookie dough consistency. Spray a non-stick cookie sheet with Pam and then pat it out on the cookie sheet about 1/4 inch thick. The dough is sticky.
Bake at 350 for 10 to 20 minutes__________________
