     Sashimi Tuna salad

8 oz sushi grade tuna, diced small
8 oz baby greens
4 oz grape tomatoes or any tomato diced
1 cucumber, pealed, diced
3-4 oz edamame beans
2 avocados, diced
1 TBS wasabi peas
2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
1 TBS miso paste
2 TBS rice vinegar
1/4 cup tamari or soy sauce
generous pinch of cayenne
2 TBS chopped pickled ginger
1 cup canola oil

Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl. Combine vinaigrette ingredients in salad dresssing shaker or bowl and mix well.
Divide salad onto plates, drizzle with vinaigrette. Enjoy
